Consulting / High Potential Development

I had the pleasure of working with Darryl and Grain of Wheat Consulting when we contracted them to design a development program for our Senior Leadership Team. I came away impressed with the care and understanding they demonstrated in executing the entire assignment.

They prepared well, had a good synthesis of the competences to focus on with the group and had a coherent plan to the engagement. But they really exceeded my expectations when they proactively suggested a change in approach mid-way through the engagement when we changed the operating structure of the group.
